TAKE A STEP BACK

When I find myself dueling it out with life, I can almost always find the solution by taking a few steps back and taking time away from the drivers seat.

It is natural for me, to want lean into a challenge and find the solution. Unfortunately, life often requires me to take a step back for reflection and time away. My influence can often times be a part of the problem. In fact, my attempt to try and help with something, could very well be my hidden attempt to avoid problems of my own…Time away shows us a lot. We see what is missing, good and bad.

Instead of pressing deeper into an issue and trying to save the day, consider taking the day to do something different and ask God for help. When I ask for a solution and I ask for peace, I always receive an opportunity to find both. Thank you, God.

Have a great day!
