YOUR WORDS ARE POWERFUL

Words are powerful.

The things we speak to one another hold as much power as we choose to give to them. This can mean that words are either deflected and ignored, or adopted as beliefs and felt like bullets.

It is often said that we do not know what other people are going through; but it is also true that we never know how someone will receive the things we say. It is only a harmless joke, it that is how it is received.

Know the power you hold in your speech, especially with those who hold onto to your every word. Let them know that you love them and believe in them. Try to let the other people know by saying less, rather than too much. Sometimes, less is more.

Choose your words wisely and with kindness.

Have a great Monday!
