What makes a man?

I believe one of the reasons American society is so lost, is because so many people have forgotten the true definition of a man.

Resilience is important, but toughness isn’t all that matters. Work ethic is a requirement for manhood, but a man’s family must come first. Your career and your finances do not determine your level of manhood or masculinity. Romance is very important, and a man should remember to romance his partner. However, a man who manipulates and mistreats a woman, is less of a man than she. A man with multiple partners is a man searching for his manhood.

Find yourself before you claim to be a man. A man does not live a lost life, but he is a guiding light for others. A man can become violent if necessary, but he acts out of love in any other situation. Love is strength. A man is strong enough and prepared to be the father for any child without one. A man understands the meaning of Faith, or he is unable to live a man’s life for very long.

Restore the meaning of manhood by restoring your place as a man. We need you.

Leg Day Destruction

As always warm up properly before starting your training session and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.

A1. Leg Extensions- 3 sets x 25 reps A2. Seated Leg Curls- 3 sets x 25 reps

B1. Hack Squats- 4 sets x 12 reps

C1. Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift- 3 sets x 10 reps C2. Kettlebell Swings - 3 sets x 10-12 reps

D1.Walking Lunges- 3 sets x 12 each leg

Rest Period: 1-2 mins between supersets
