Expect the unexpected and remember to change things up from time to time.
Never let yourself get too comfortable in a routine that you cannot take with you. If you do, be prepared to operate under to potential circumstances without your vices. I will personally be incapacitated is coffee is removed from my life.
Change things up. Keep life interesting and keep your mind sharp. Try new things and do the stuff that you are not good at.
When circumstances change on a dime, try to exercise gratitude. It’s weird at first, and it took me a long time to do grasp correctly, but not so much anymore. It requires practice. Challenges are beneficial in the long run, but our line of line of vision doesn’t always cover the solution at the start. I have to believe in myself. Experience is required to attain the right kind of confidence.

A1. Leg Extensions - 3 sets x 20 reps
A2. Laying Leg Curls 3 sets x 20 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds between super set
B1. Leg Press 3 sets x 8 reps
B2. Walking Lunges 3 sets x 12 reps each leg @ body weight
Rest 60-90 seconds between super set
C3. Hack Squat 3 sets x 12 reps each leg
C4.Cable Pull Through 3 sets x 12
