SELF LOVE

I have to remember to show myself the same amount of grace I show for others sometimes.

I love encouraging everyone but myself most days, and that kind of thing can be pretty frustrating. You can love and encourage yourself without being arrogant and selfish. These are important acts of gratitude and acknowledgement of Gods handiwork.

Again and again, I have to remember that I am not able to do good when I am not keeping myself in good condition. I help people perform better, by helping them develop healthier habits and routines. When I forget that I am the same as the other human beings I know, I begin to neglect myself in some of those most important areas of my life.

In a time where it is easy to be critical of ourselves and of others, please do your best to recognize the beauty in God’s creation and the opportunity to experience this life. Love yourself with healthy behaviors and thoughts; and love your life by doing something good with it.

Have a great week!

Neal
