I used to procrastinate about everything important in my life. Anything that felt even a little bit challenging, was put to the side for the foreseeable future.
Among other things, I made the mistake of thinking I have more time. It is so easy to believe you will have an opportunity to do these things later on. The problem is when later comes with new events and new responsibilities. We fool ourselves into thinking we know the future. WE HAVE A PLAN! lol Of course we do…
Do the hard stuff now. Get to work.
Pull your brother or sister to the side and express your sincerest gratitude and love for them. Tell them what they mean to you, today.
Step outside your comfort zone and press into new territory. Discover what you can and cannot do. Be intentional about self discovery.
Do not wait to get it done. The day is today. We do not have time to waste.

Leg Day
Warm up for 5-10 mins and get ready for a tough workout
A1. Squats 4 sets x 6 reps
A2. Db Romanian Deadlift 4 sets x 12 reps
Rest 3 mins between sets
B1. Leg Press 3 sets x 12 reps
B2. Seated Leg Curls 3 sets x 15 reps
Rest 3 mins between sets
C1. Sissy Squats 3 sets x 20 reps
C2. Banded Leg Curls 3 sets x 20 reps
