Good things come to those who go and get it.

Change happened in my life when I chose to make changes. I needed support and it was important to have the right kind of people around me, but I had to choose that lifestyle and those people.

Eventually, your new gym habit may feel boring and the new job promotion won’t pay enough to keep you moving forward. A beautiful relationship could grow stale or you may find that money doesn’t help your situation the way you thought it would. What will you do about it?

You have to double down. Change your workout. Get better at your job. Be a better partner and don’t be a sellout. Choose to put more into the good things in your life. The best way to start is by choosing to do the work.

Faith is important and God is very real, but he didn’t give us all of these resources and abilities for nothing.

Chest Day- Hypertrophy Workout

As always, warm up properly before starting your training session, and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.

1. Barbell Incline Press - 3 sets x 8 reps @ 65-75% rest 2-3 mins between sets

2. Dips - 4 sets x 8-12 reps at body weight 1 min rest

3. Db Incline Fly- 4 sets x 15 reps. 1 min rest

4. Pushups 3 x failure @ body weight 60 sec rests.
