HOW WILL YOU RESPOND?

As I start my week, I am reminded that I always have a choice on how this day will go. No matter what takes place, I get to choose my attitude and my actions.

I get to choose to pursue good things today and I get to build my week around productivity, love, and relationships. I get to go to work and earn a living. I get to design a life for me and my family. I get to help people. I get to live.

Unfortunately, life will also happen TO us. When that happens, I have to be ready for those things. I must prepare my heart and my mind to be resilient and to push through. I can always restart my dad with prayer and meditation, when my day becomes difficult. I can always stop in the middle of a rough week and change my attitude, changing the entire direction of the week itself. It’s never too late.

Choose the direction of your day and your week. Don’t be afraid to stop and start over when you need to.

Have a great week!

Neal
