You need to figure out how to have a good time while you’re here.

I don’t like to tell people what to do, but this is important. If you don’t enjoy your life, you are going to be pretty worthless in my opinion. Unhappy people usually spread their negativity and lack an appreciation for life…this is not someone I want to spend my time with, nor do many other people. Unless of course, they are miserable too.

Spend time with good people. Look for people who are further along than you. Spend time doing things you love to do, because you love to do them. Stop doing all of the things because you are being told to do them. Take inventory on how you spend your time, and ask yourself who is truly designing your life…take ownership of the direction of your life.

Try new stuff and learn new skills. Take days off and take some risks. Have a good time and figure out what makes you tick. Quit waiting for things to get interesting. Go out there and build an interesting life. Learn to show your gratitude through celebration from time to time…take the time to have a good time!

Arm Blaster Workout

As always warm up properly before starting your training session and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.

  1. Barbell Curls - 4 sets x 6-8 reps.

  2. Barbell Skull Crushers - 4 sets x 8-10 reps.

  3. Db Hammer Curls 3 sets x 12 reps .

  4. Db Rolling Triceps Extensions 3 sets x 12 reps.

  5. Incline Db Curls 3 sets x 12 reps

  6. Rope Triceps Extensions 3 sets x 12 reps

Rest periods at 1-2 mins, but try to stick to the lower end of the rest periods.
