Something I will always remember about my father is that he was excited to be my dad. He was happy to have me as a son and he was excited to have the father-role. It was the best thing in the world, to know that my dad would support me and he WANTED to be there. He is still this way today!
I love getting excited about hanging out with my son. I love showing him that being in this role is fun for me. I am happy to be here and there is nowhere else I would rather be. I love being a dad.
Because my father raised me this way, it has carried over into other relationships. I want my friends and loved ones to know that I am happy they are in my life. It’s important that they know you see them as a blessing. One of most important relationships just happens to be with our children, so let’s make sure they know we are happy to have them as our kids.
I can’t wait for you to experience your loved one’s reaction today when you remind them how happy you are to see them.

Upper Body Time Saver Workout
As always warm up properly before starting your training session and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.
A1. Dumbbell Standing Shoulder Press - 3 sets x 12 reps
A2. Dumbbell Bent Over Row 3 sets x 12 reps
B1. Inverted Rows 5 sets x 8 reps
B2. Pushups 5 sets x 8 reps
C3. Dumbbell Lateral Raises 3 sets x 12 reps
C4. Dumbbell Upright Rows 3 sets x 12 reps
Rest 2-3 mins in between supersets
