FLEXIBLE & STRONG

I have a few “constants” in my life, but I have to remain flexible with just about everything else. My family/inner circle, my faith, my recovery, and my health/wellness all serve as my foundation.

Beyond my foundation, I have my career, my friends, extracurricular projects, and of course my downtime and vacation time. These are the things that may or may not change based on what is happening with my foundation. If my family or my faith is compromised because of a job; the job must change. If my vacation time needs to be spent on a retreat or sometime of mental health getaway, so be it. Your trip to Miami may have to wait, if your mental wellness is at risk.

I have found my truths in life. I know not to compromise my kindness or a relationship with my loved ones to obtain money or a position of power. I know that if I pursue good things, and do my best to help whoever I can; things will work out.

Be flexible, but never compromise your beliefs.

Have a great week!
