FIND YOUR PEOPLE


I believe in finding my people. I am not trying to impress anyone and I don’t need everyone to be my friend. I am fine spending the weekend with a hundred people and walking away with zero new friends. If they aren’t the right people for me and my life, I don’t need to give them anymore of my time and I don’t need to take anymore of theirs.

I have found that I work best when I work with the right people. I have also found that I am the best version of myself when I surround myself with hard working, kind people. I cant be around people who have limiting beliefs because God has called me to do some big things.

Be yourself and find our people. The ones who let you lean on their shoulder but also hold you accountable and push you to be your best. The ones who stand up for you when you’re not around and always see the good in you.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

  Glute Day Is For Everyone

 

1.      Barbell Hip Thrust - 5 sets x 5 reps.

2.      Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift - 3 sets x 12 reps.

3.      Db Reverse Lunge 3 sets x 8 reps each leg.

4.      Cable Rope Pull Through 3 sets x 12 reps.

5.      Banded Hip Thrusts 3 sets x 20 reps with medium strength band.

Rest Period: 1-2 mins between sets

 

Remember to progressively increase weights and adjust exercises based on your progress. It's crucial to maintain proper form and listen to your body to avoid injury. If you're new to strength training, consider working with a fitness professional to ensure you're performing exercises correctly.
