The diet you live on will determine how well you operate; physically, mentally, and spiritually.
How healthy is your diet?
Do you cook your meals or eat fast food most of the time? Do your meals consist of water, meats, and vegetables or are they snack foods, fried foods and microwave dinners?
Your performance will reflect the quality of food you eat.
Beyond food: the music you listen to, the things you watch, and the material you read will affect the way you think. Most importantly, the people you surround yourself with will have a big influence on the narrative in your brain.
What kind of things are you feeding your brain?
Many people do not have any type of spiritual lifestyle. I am not here to force that on anyone. However, I would be remiss if I did not share the positive impact my spiritual practice has had on my life. It has dramatically improved my perspective on life, the joy in my heart, and the peace in my soul.
I encourage everyone to explore a spiritual practice of their own. Seek to experience what kind of positive impact it can have on your life.
Consider the nutritional value of the food you feed yourself. Refine your physical, mental and spiritual diet. Eat the things that will help you perform well.
