CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES WISELY


Many years ago, I made a conscious decision to stop blindly responding to insults or people who speak about me when I am not around.

 

My dad taught me one of my favorite lessons about this subject:

“Consider the Source”

Is the person worth your time?

What does their life look like?

Those who speak this way and about those who are not around, are not likely to be people you would aspire to be. It’s not my job to teach everyone a lesson.

 

I don’t waste my time with stuff like this. There is too much work to do and too many good people, who make themselves available to connect. Those are the people we need to be focusing on.

 

Don’t waste your time. It’s too valuable.

Lower Body Blast


Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio

  1. Deadlifts:

  • 4 sets of 6-8 reps

  • Lift with proper form to target the posterior chain.

  1. Squats:

  • 4 sets of 8-10 reps

  • Challenge yourself with a squat rack or Smith machine.

  1. Lunges:

  • 3 sets of 10 reps per leg

  • Use dumbbells or a barbell across your shoulders.

  1. Leg Press:

  • 3 sets of 10-12 reps

  • A machine-based exercise to target quads and glutes.

  1. Calf Raises:

  • 3 sets of 12-15 reps

  • Use a calf raise machine or a Smith machine.


Cool-down: Stretch your legs, focusing on quads, hamstrings, and calves.
