The things that matter most are the things that nobody sees.
The social media stuff is great. The Instagram and Facebook posts make a difference. The LinkedIn marketing is important. YouTube videos are an excellent tool to reach people all over the world. All of these things serve a purpose, but the most important work happens in the dark, behind the scenes.
Behind the scenes, there is prayer and deep reflection. There is failure and there are tears. Conflict happens and sleep is lost. Above all, the work gets done and progress continues. These are the things that become the most important part of the process. This is the REAL WORK. When you do the work, your energy becomes more genuine. When you carry your message in your behavior, your authenticity increases.
Don’t ever lose sight of the “behind the scenes” work. Nobody can deny you when you do the hard stuff.
