Do your best at whatever is in front of you, conquer your objectives and ask for more. If everything you are doing is easy, find something new. Ask your boss for more responsibility. Ask more from yourself. Ask God for more of God.
Ask for boldness.
If you don’t believe in a higher power, practice daily affirmations. Manifest boldness in your life by claiming it out loud. “I am bold enough to accomplish these things. I will step out in boldness and I will succeed.”
If you are a believer, ask your Creator for the boldness to walk confidently in these plans. Ask for the confidence to champion your new goals.
Take calculated risks.
We have to take chances. We have to give ourselves an opportunity to fail, if we ever wish to succeed. This doesn’t always mean you throw a Hail Mary and invest your retirement fund into a banana stand franchise lol It means you will have to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.
Ask for more. Ask for boldness. Take risks.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK
Chest Day- Hypertrophy Workout
As always, warm up properly before starting your training session, and please consult a physician before starting a new exercise regimen.
1. Barbell Incline Press - 3 sets x 8 reps @ 65-75% rest 2-3 mins between sets
2. Dips - 4 sets x 8-12 reps at body weight 1 min rest
3. Db Incline Fly- 4 sets x 15 reps. 1 min rest
4. Pushups 3 x failure @ body weight 60 sec rests.
